Activation Of Outgoing Calls

My Mobile # 9841272609 on 16/07 morning my outgoing calls banned, hence I made the payment for the same day 400 in saidapet through debit card. After that I called customer service # for the reason of to release the outgoing calls. The rep agreed for the same (for the same conversation happened for five times in different time and different rep). But still now I cant able to call by other number. Kindly give Acknowledgement When it will be cleared. RECEIPT # CC SAPT 11847
