I gave a consignment to Gati Packers to be transferred from Delhi to Bangalore. And made part payment for that.
Its has been more than 10 days since the expected date of delivery and I have still not got my things.
On calling up the company they asked me to make the remaining payment before they delivery.
They have refused to deliver the goods at my place also.
Now they dont have an office in Bangalore and I cant go to Gurgaon to talk things out.
Please help resolve the issue.
