About missing sim card

I m lost my sim card before 2 months ago. but before giving complaint it can be utilised by other. Then i m giving complaint to my local retailer. but still it can be utilised by other. So please verify that the sim card is on my name given hear or on other. If it is on my name please cut the connection as eairliest, so that it's misuse can be avoided. my simcard no is 9975194242
