Non receipt of electricity bill resulting in disconnection

Dear Sir,

this is to bring into your kind notice that i have not been receiving the electricity bill since January and this results into frequent disconnection by your Staff. Although it is my duty to find about my bills but responsibility lies more on your part.

sir this has been happening for quite some time now despite my frequent complaints and again electricity in my compound has been disconnected.

i hope you will pay attention and do the needful.
