Courrier not deliver to my address or delivered to wrong address

Hi,

the courrier tracking number 356859086, pick up branch- gurgaon, pick up date- 26/06, delivered date- 30/06/09.

recieved by Rani. delivery branch- Ambala.

this is the only information that i have, but the courrier has not recieved at my residence. my address and my mobile number was clearly mention on it..but due to the lethergy of your courrier boy this is not delivered to my ressi.

please confirm me the status or call me on my number... 09988684847
