GE Money/Two Wheeler Loan
Harrasment For NOC

Hi,

I had taken a two wheeler loan in the a/c of RDLR00419387 in Sep 2004 and paid all the EMI's on time. Loan is paid till June but when I went for No Objection Certificate (NOC). Company is asking me for Rs 1100/- for cheque bouncing chargesfor the monthe of April. Since there is no bouncing charges are shown in my Bank of Baroda a/c till date. GE people are not considering their fault and imposing liability on me to pay this amount then only they will send NOC.

Please help me in this matter, as this is not the matter of Rs 1100/- but i am suffering due to i have to go abroad. And i need that NOC.
