Continued Harassment from SBI Cards

I have been subjected to repeated harassment from SBI credit cards.

Even after payoing off the balance in full and cancelling the card I am repeatedly getting statements and phonecalls asking me to pay up. The Customer service helpline is just good for nothing. The services are so pathetic that its beyond any description. I am a retired 67 year old school teacher and almost everyday I get phone calls asking me to pay. The card has been destroyed and no purchases have been made. I really need this to stop once and for all.
