I have bought United Colors of Bennetton sunglasses and watch online. but i was quite surprised to see that the Products i recieved were totally fake. They were packed nicely so as to appear as if they are original but they are not. I got doubtful about the product just by seeing the Look of the product. So i thought of verifying the genunity of the products at the Bennetton Showroom where i was told that these products are totally fake as these are not at all made by Bennetton and also there was no article No on the Product which is there on all Bennetton Products. Feeling cheated i called up the customer care of GIFT360 and what i was told is that they will send me a certificate saying the products are originals but even after regular followups over mail and phone i didn't heard anything from them. i dont want these Fake products and want a replacement with the originals. Please help in resolving the issue.
