I made an order for a benetton wrist watch which i won after scratching sodexo coupon.

The order was made on 1st of june (order no 5744).

The order status showed confirmed status, but i have not recieved the watch till date...

They took Rs. 495 saying that they will be sending the gift after payment of their shipment and handling charge of Rs 495,

but now it seems i lost my 495 rupees...

I made the online payment through my HDFC debit card online.

Whenever i call them they just say me to mail a complaint to their executive... I mailed them a lot, but i have recieved nothing from them.

I never expected such a filthy service from a company like such...
