Compensation against undelivered order Dated 11/08

Dear Sir/Mam,

I Booked My Product Online order no 80785 on dated 11/08

& amount Paid on 11/08 (Credit Card Statement Attached.).

As per Terms & Condition my order was to be delivered in 12 Working Days.

But THEY said there was a technical Mistake in online booking, then THEY placed offline order Against my online order on dated 19/09 Ref. No. 72347 & Said Product will reach in 14 Working Days After 23Days Dated 12/10 I asked about my Product, THEY said product is getting dispatch on Wednesday with way bill no 40231193446.

Finally I didn’t get my Product Till Today. Both time THEY are failed to deliver my order.

Now WANT compensation of Rs 20000/- For Delayed/Non Delivered of The Product or I have only way to go consumer forum to claim my compensation.
