We bought a Gilma Chimney 1 yr back. Ever since we bought the chimney is not functioning. The issue was told to us is Electric fault and we took the word as we shifted to the new apartment. We hired 2-3 electrician to understand the actual issue. But, Everyone said it is fine.
Last week, we made a complaint to authorised service center: Manoj Enterprises, Bangalore.
One Mr. Gowda Visited our place and just opened the chimney and took Rs.150/- as service charge as it has gone out of warranty now. Now, the issue told that Mother board is faulty.
He did not turn back ever since and upon calling back him, response was" find another engineer". He doesnot watch on his temper while servicing.
