I had booked a modular kitchen with M/s Kitchen World, #135, Innoative Multiplex, Marathahalli, Bangalore-37 on 2/12/07 vide receipt no. 1262. After repeated followup, the modular kitchen was delivered to me in 1st week of Feb-08. They were supposed to deliver a microwave oven as part of the package. I have been calling then repeatedly over the last 2 months. Initially, they promised delivery in 2-3 days time everytime I called. Now they refuse to answer my call. When I went to the showroom, I am told the concerned person is not available and I will need to speak to Mr. Bhairav on 9980144456. I have been following up with Kiran on 9980945445 and with his boss Babu, but to no avail. Request your help.
