I purchased a watch from lifestyle mumbai india. It is a giordano product which has a good reputation. I spent around 7000/- rupees on the product via bill numbr 387616/387616 on 22 /3/06.
I have three other watches so it was spearingly used. Yet the outer surface polish has wornoff completely and the watch has started looking absolutely unwearable. I would like the company ao replace the product. It is also for the QC department of the company to check the product quality thoroghly before putting such products for sale.
