Autorickshaw fare

Dear Sir/ madam,

I boarded an auto near US Pizza on Anandnagar road, went to Anand Niketan school and back to Royal orchid apartments, 3.5-4 km (max) in all with a 5 minute waiting in between and the driver charged Rs 45 for it, which usually comes to Rs 30 only. When I asked him to show me the fare card he refused. The number of the auto is GJ-1 1556 and the time was 8.30 am.

I kindly request you to take the necessary action against the auto driver.
