I had ordered for Glen 4 burner cook top on 20th Oct for Rs. 3145/- . The company collected cash through Blue dart on 27 th Oct. The ORDER NO is 901004353 and the sub ORDER no is 31185853. I also received SMS on 02-11 form Home shop 18 saying that the product will be delivered in 2-3 working days but till dated the product has not been delivered. On enquiry I only get an answer saying that they are following-up with the courier company which they say is VEGA Couriers and the docket no. they have given is 78872.
