TO ALL CONCERNED
This is in reference to the subject above. It is very unfortunate to say that the HR of GLOBERIAN/MEDICONNECT is unprofessional and do not respect a person integrity.
To start with, on Wednesday, the 9th September I had an interview scheduled with the HR. I received a call by one of your consultant on Tuesday, the 8th September at 1900hrs. I was told to come for the interview for the post of CCE on Wednesday. At the time of the call I was in Chandigarh to visit my mother-in-law undergoing treatment of an unexpected major heart attack. However, I prioritized the call & accepted the invitation. After this, I waited for my relatives to reach & take care of her in my absence.
Further to this, I appeared afresh 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the proceedings. There was a security guard deployed at the reception and asked me to fill the requisite form. I went through each and every section carefully & submitted to the Security Guard, who politely requested me to wait. I waited patiently for next 3 hours, when a lady (I can not give reveal her name due to integrity reasons) from HR came & let me in for the introduction part. Generally, the HR interview is started with the introduction part, however instead doing this she started accosting me with stupid things. In the front of the form the candidate has to mention the name of the position he is applying for. In this section, I had mentioned (CCE, SR EXE - VOICE/NON-VOICE). According to her body language, it seems that I committed a blunder; she got irritated & started giving me the lecture instead of asking any interview related general questions. It was oblivious to me & could not find why she did this. She used filthy language, which clearly meant that I do not have a brain or I am a moron.
My conclusion says that this is very unprofessional, ridiculous & unnecessary harassment towards a person integrity. I do not know why I traveled 200 miles & waited for 3 hours to get such dim-witted riposte. I am curious to know if this is the way your HR do to potential employees? Whatever the outcome may be, I guess not to recommend your organisation to my friends. Please do something to curb/fix this; at-least for the sake of human being.
