I booked the ticket of GO AIR AIRLINES from Delhi to Mumbai I reached on the Airport at 9.00 clock the flight time was 9.35 a.m. and I reached to the check in counter at 9.05 a.m. And I was shocked when the officer of Go Air, told me that I am late and my ticket is cancelled and I can't fly on this flight. I was going to attend an urgent business meeting for Export Orders. I prayed to their cheking counter and also to duty manager. But nobody help me and they replied me it is my fault and I have to buy new ticket. So, I bought new ticket from their Airport counter for Rs. 4650. The time for next flight was at 10.55 a.m. but that flight was delayed 1.05 hour the flight take off at 12.00 p.m. And I was not attend the business meeting in Mumbai due to this incident.
I bear the huge loss i.e. cancellation of meeting and payment of Air Tickets due to their restrictions. The surprising matter is the boarding was open and I did not have any luggage. I do not understand why they cancel the ticket of Rs. 3650 beacuse I was ready to fly.
So, I request you please refund the price of my ticket worth of Rs. 4650/-. at the earliest.
