Items not received

I had paid 1lakh for sending insured cargo abroad. In February I received the cargo with lot of items missing. I contacted the company in Delhi and they said they will send the missing items to Hyderabad I have not received them still and now they do not answer my mail or call.

This is very bad on behalf of international co, I need my item back
