Washing Machine Control Panel Indicators are not functioning always and the Machine stops abruptly during the washing cycle

The Washing Machine was not functioning properly due to the Control Panel Indicators not working sometimes and during its washing cycle running in between it stops abruptly and we have to restart the machine.

The Complaint was lodged to your Godrej Customer Care No. 1800-225511 and I was given a Complaint No. 946498 on date 20-Sep. But till date nobody turned up to take action on this complaint.
