Defected Piece deliverd

This is regarding my complaint against Godrej AC which I purchased 2 weeks back.

The AC was not not working properly when it was installed by the vendor, as per the dealer & Services engineer the AC has an manufacturing defect.

I was assured by the the Okhla Branch that the AC will be replaced in 2 Days but its been more than a week that no action has been taken
