My 3rd A/C malfunctioned and since I am an Engineer could locate the fault with the motor
I lodged a complaint with Godrej on 17th July citing motor replacement
After lot of calls I was promised that service Engineer shall visit for repair by 22nd
when no one arrived I called and I was told people have gone on training and would be delayed for a couple of days
finally couple of fellows arrived, knowing fully well motor needs replacement they went back
They confirmed me to be back with a new motor by 27th
however when they did not arrive I called back and was told till date the new motor has not yet been procured, as per the service engineer he said he was away for last 3-4 days
I do not understand how to deal with these people as they give false commitments with lot of harassment for consumers
My service complaint code is 142245. I have talked to sanjay no 9437552375 and toll free 18002095511 however they all are giving me false promises and assurances
