I have a Petna Cool Refrigerator By Godrej,

Since Last four months I have Noise in fridge,

Its now presently 9 months completed to purchase,

Last month my parrent came to my home and they suggested to book a complaint on the customer care.

So I did and there technician came on second day itself.

He said that the fan in upper compartment was making the noise and he has replaced it.

It worked fine for one day only and again from next day I was getting the highest noise from my fridge.

I again called customer care on 040-60002030, my complaint reference number is 527731.

But one month past I dident got any reply from the company, I have called 100 times after this, but they say they will send the technician tommarow and tommarow never came in this one month.

Please help me..
