We filed a complaint (# 594703) for a new AC that was purchased 3 months back. The quality of services, the responsiveness and the skills of the engineer, all of them have been pathetic. It is shocking that a reputed brand name like Godrej is being tarnished like this. I hope someone in Godrej sits up and takes note.
