Dear Sir,
Since when has it been Godrej's policy to ask the customer to pay without resolving the complaint?
And when the customer protests about such a think; are your service personnel authorised to offer 50% discount?
All this happened to me when the Godrej Service Staff visited me on 22.04.2008 to solve my Fridge complaint-SERVICE CALL NO: 955722.
