Not fullfilling the warranty

We buy ur Godrej pentacool (double door, frost free) refrigerator. Its warranty period is upto 13-02. and this is enrolled in their office computer system

We complain dated 26th May (service call no. 721932) to solve the problem.when v complaint to Mr. Naresh on 27537710 etxn. 3 he informed and confirmed that our warranty period is valid. And v have to pay just the visiting fee of the technician.

Where as Somebody fromm godrej office again call, informing that, v have to pay 1750/- rupees for changing compressor. V inform that, our warranty period is still valid

I am really confused of different fees info. From godrej offices. One, is Considering for the Warranty, other one seeking loopholes in the conditions Of the warranty. Nobody coming out with clear picture, and are serious to Solve the problem of the customer. One technician from godrej office changed the TIMER and took Rs. 500/- . I am really upset from ur office, from Ur technicians, and from ur behaviour with the customers for delaying. Is this suitable for a prestigious company like godrej??
