My refrigerator is covered under 3 years AMC. As per AMC only plastic & rubber parts are not covered.

But when I complained to you, your executive demands money for change of parts other than plastic & rubber. However those parts are covered under AMC.

So why i should pay cost of that part. It is violation of AMC agrrement.

My earlier service call no. is 127551.

Please treat it urgent * do the needful at earliest
