Dear sir, we have purcased godrej eon refrigerator 380ltr from your dealer laksmi electronics at chickmaglur, karnataka on januvary 2007 for the period of two years we did not had any problem. but around april we had problem of defrosted water flowing inside the refrigerator on vegetable tray & not on the back side collection tray. so when contacted the dealer they sent the technician and he did not got understood the problem & after coming three to four times the same problem persisted at last they changed the BI-METAL after which it was running ok for the last 5 months now. but same problem is started again. this problem is happening every day after another. so please tell us what is the exact problem. as the technicians may note have the idea. hope ur engineers may find us the solution as we trust godrej. we had godrej refrigerator 165ltr which was purshased way back in 1987-88 which did had any problem as we sold that before we purcased this refrigerator. so kindly give us the solution waiting for ur reply.
