IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE ECS EMI FOR THE MONTH OF OCT'09 & NOV'09 WAS RETURNED BY BANK. HOWEVER, LATER WE FOUND THAT THE EMI WAS PRESENTED TO THE BANK BEFORE THE DUE DATE BY BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE. ON VISITING THE CITY OFFICE AT PARK STREET MR. MANISH KUMAR (CELL NO 9332392447) INFORMED THAT HE WILL CONFIRM FROM H.O THAT THE ACTUAL NO. OF DUE EMIS. ON CONFIRMATION HE SAID THAT THERE IS ONLY 1 (ONE) EMI DUE WHICH WE PAID BY CASH BY RECEIPT NO. 20556444 DATED 4.4.09 FOR RS. 950/- AND THE AGMT NO. 410320490 PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO FAULT ON OUR PART AS WE HAD SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN OUR ACCOUNT AND IT IS ONLY ON THE PART OF BAFL THAT DUE TO THEIR MISHANDLING THIS HASSLE WAS CREATED. HOWEVER, WE HAD CLEARED THE DUES AND THE LAST EMI ALSO GOT CLEARED IN THE MONTH OF APRIL'09. NOW WHEN WE ARE ASKING FOR THE NOC THEY ARE SAYING TO PAY THE LATE FINE OF RS. 450/-.

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY THE LATE FINE AS WE ARE NO WHERE AT FAULT. THE CONCERNED PERSON OF BAFL ALSO GAVE A LETTER STATING THEIR FAULT QUOTING IT AS A TECHNICAL FAULT.

YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WHILE HANDLING SUCH ECS EMI . IF YOU PRESENT IT BEFORE THE DUE DATE NOBODY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT EXCEPT BAFL. I THINK THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE HARRASSED. YOU MUST ADMIT YOUR FAULT AND RELIEVE THE CUSTOMERS FROM SUCH HARRASSMENT.SUCH INCIDENTS WILL ONLY BUY BAD NAME FOR A ESTEEMED ORGANISATION LIKE YOURS.

KINDLY LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AS MOST URGENT AND ISSUE ME A NOC AND ORIGINAL PURCHASE DOCUMENTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
