I took cockroach treatment at my Andheri -West house in last week of Dec (scf : 2133297/ order # OBOMADW0910063). We did not see any impact till mid Jan.
Another service was given mid Jan, we still did not see any impact.
Called Godrej Hi Care in last week of Feb complaining about the same and they told that one more service is due in March, so i should wait instead of complaining.
When i call back now, they say that the contract got over and no service is due. If cockroaches have not got killed, they can't help it. And i should pay for taking more rounds of treatment (Agent Name: Sushma Shah of andheri west)

Consumers - pls exclude this company from this service. PCI is a better bet.
