I have raised 3 complaints in last 3 weeks for the problem i had with Godrej double door refrigerator. Every time i raise a complaint i am given a service call number and after a day or two the service call is closed mentioning it has been attended.
No service engineer has ever attended to these complaints and rectified the problem. I also have a service contract valid till March which is not honoured by Godrej.
Because of the problem my food is getting spoiled in the refrigerator and am facing difficulty in storing food and items like milk. It is very difficult to manage especially if we are running out of milk at night with kids at home.
Request Godrej to attend to my complaint and compensate for the loss incurred.
