Regarding deliquency in service delivery by service centre Ranchi

Reference: Complain No. 813897, dated June 30.

Dear Sir,

On the basis of complain, one mechanique of sevice centre visited to my residense and checked the functioning of machine. According to him, the referigerator had idenitified with compressor problem, and because of that it was not cooling. The machine has been reached to the centre just on next day.

Till date, we are waiting for the refrigerator to be repaired. It has been taken many time followup. The service centre incharge puts the excuse that the compressor is not available.

I am really surpirsed of the service accounbtability of such a renouned company. Please do the needful to get the referigerator repaired at the earliest.

The referigerator has been purchased by me on Oct 24 from Nav Bharat Electronics, Khunti. The gurantee card along with money receipt is kept by the service incharge.
