I have purchased the Godrej Refregerator three years before and from that year i am facing the problem with cooling. On the very first year compressor went off & company charged me 1500RS as their service charges. In the second year, i started facing the same problem and again the company has changed the compressor by charging 1500 RS to me.
This year, again facing the same problem with the product & if i call the call center the engineer who will come to my house will again charge me 1500 RS for the inspection and the other charges. Why the company is using the sub quality standards compressor and charging the customers like this on yearly basis?
I request you to kindly look into this matter & let me know should i call the call center again and spend the money for which the company is in default. Why the customers are being chrged like this and why the product is not compatible as per the company's guidelines. They should use the good quality products, so that if the customers purchases the product then customer should not face any such types of difficulties during the warranty period of the product. I still have warranty for next one year on this product.
