I have made AMC for three years from 4.2.2006 for Refrigerator Godrej 300lit Ultra ((AMC No.0602060157 and 0602060158) with Godrej Service Chennai division. They have visited only one time for three years service contract. On December I have made a complaint regarding the defrost problem in my fridge. But one person Mr. Murugan came last week inspecting the machine told us that some of the parts to be replaced, since the AMC expired on 3.2.2009. They have waiting for expiry of AMC for attending our complaints.
