Unhappy with customer services

I have lodged a complaint bearing no#949904 with Godrej Smart Care on 14.05.2009.During last 12 days their representative visited only once that to without prior information and hence gone attended. I am continuously following the matter with the services since last 10 days but no body has turned-up till date.
