Godrej refrigerator, model-axis, 181 L, purchased on 21/4.

cooling problem since purchased, but ignored. recently service engineer from godrej inspected, took advance for filling gas but the cooling problem (takes 24-48hr for ice formation, outer chamber is 20-25% of expected cooling) remained the same rather it was aggravated in the form of automaticaly it gets heated up, ice melts down.
inspite of repeated calls, service centre people never arrived for rechecking. on repeat complain, the engineer arrived but walked away without rectifying anything & he was totaly indifferent to the problem, very casual.
my engineer friend told that compressor is at fault & when we conveyed this message to service engineer, he just fled away.
i m very very upset at the attitude & the technicality of your service
now tell me, what should i do, should i wait indefinitely for your service or i will approach consumer court for justice???
