I will like to share this with everyone that buying a Godrej refrigerator has been the most frustrating experience of my Life. Being a Laparoscopic Surgeon I have faced many challenges but this has been the toughest one. Coming home after tiring work at night only to find my wife fighting over why we bought Godrej refrigerator, its again not working has been a frequent happening. Ever since we bought this refrigerator around 2 years back we have been facing this trouble. With rising temperature outside, the temperature inside my house goes up several Kelvin’s not infrequently with our refrigerator out of order. Many a times my wife has suggested dumping this fridge out into garbage but I have not done it till date due to false hopes shown by Godrej Co. service people again and again. They always say that it will be the last time now but shamelessly come and repeat it again. Many a times they don’t pick our phone deliberately. Krishan their dealer, owning Rohani service station at Sonipat does not respond in less than 10 calls on weekdays and never on weekends. Vikram a fellow from Delhi office who had promised me that You will never have problem after converting it to manual, also now does not pick up my phone. I tried calling him from various numbers but he is least concerned, why shall he be, he is getting his pay.
I and my Family are suffering again here since two days now. Some Kunal from Rohani Services came just now to the house (today is Saturday, May 17) just to say that I can’t do anything at this time, You will have to wait till Monday.
This refrigerator has been taken to their service station more than 10 times, and sometimes for 3 days without any stand by facility. Imagine Your life without a Fridge on a hot summer day. They have also come for repair at our home 8 another occasions. Every time they have a new excuse. You keep on calling them, and they don’t care to respond, disgusting.
I would like any Manager to just keep himself at my place and I am sure he will feel most disappointed.
I strongly feel there is some manufacturing defect in this piece but…………..
Now I plan this,
1. I shall go to consumer court for the harassment I have been facing since last two years continuously.
2. Secondly I am going to get 200000 pamplets printed explaining the suffering I have undergone and suggesting the obvious and getting them distributed all over my city..
3. I am going to mail this to various websites like Mouthshut.com which give opinions about various products
4. Last but not the least I am daily going to Pray to Almighty God to make them suffer who are responsible for my and my family’s suffering.
