Not attending the complaint after passing more than 3 days

My double door fridge capacity of 250 lt is under AMC . I lodgged a complaint on 21-4 under complaint no-133756. Inspite of several reminders and talk to various senoir person Mr Deepak on 23-04-09 and Mr Girish on 24-04-09 no one attend our complaint. We are facing lot of problem after paying a huge amt of Rs.2480 for 2 yrs.
