Compressor out

I already login the complaint in the godrej customer care the Number 568495 dated on 16.05.09 .Next day he visit and check the fridge, he told that compressor is gone so fridge is under warrantly for comprrssor, he told the charge Rs1950/- even though we are ready to give the amount, till now no one ready tocome and replace.
