Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with regard to the washing machine that we purchased from Godrej (semi automatic).
The machine developed the following malfunctions within the waranty period:-
1. Dryer Spin Tub doesn't work
2. Drain doesn't work
The dealer through whom we purchased was infromed, we were advised to contact the Godrej Service
Department on telephone. A service man came to our house after two days. Surprisingly he asked to
produce the Casg Receipt, as though the Warranty Card and Complant No. 968889 was not enough.
We were not aware of this, we had to go through our files to find out, but the service man was wouldn't
wait, he said "Keep this Cash receipt ready and call us again. We found the Cash receipt and informed them, some one promised that they will send the service man.
So far what we got from the Warranty Service are Promises and a job to keep the Cash Receipt ready and not the Service. We requested their seniors or mangers telephone numbers to report our grievance, the
answer was either no or another telephone number which reponds as" Wrong Number"
