Washing machine given for repair, not returned back

I own Godrej Fully Automatic washing machine with the following specification:

Godrej, 5.5 litres, 4 kg gray colour in fully operation al condition with AMC (vide number 673227, dated: 24-12-06) till January.

The authorized service centre at M/s Nanak Services, at Plot No. 68, sector 8, Bad Dola Village, Dwarka had taken this machine saying a part need to repaired and has to be taken to service centre on 19 September by an employee Mr. Saini, with phone number 9999140005, committing for delivery within a period of 2 days. The filling number 236182 was issued to us.

Till date there has been no response to our complaint and neither has the machine been returned back to us. We have called them repeated times almost daily to Mr. Saini at the number mentioned but to no avail. On top of it, this employee has been over abusive and very rude to our requests on delivery of the machine. I am a reputed retired official from the Government Home Ministry from a very reputed post, hence always have been very cordial and requested timely delivery of machine back. But it has every time been a talk suggestive of malign intention with an excuse everytime. Many a times the phone was not picked up. We have complained to the customer service at 18002095511 but every time it has been the same too and no action has been taken thereon. On asking for the conversation reference number, there has been no adequate reply from them, recent example being the talk from Mr. Jitender at 20:20 hours on 24/10.

Over the past one month, there has been a gross problem in home affairs due to non availability of the washing machine. Had the company informed us that it may talk as long a period as 40 days, we would have bought a new machine, BUT off course NEVER ever a godrej product ever now. And with the way the employees of the service centre have been talking, there is no surety of me receiving the machine in proper working condition.

Godrej & Boyce, we believed have been an Indian company with a status of being one of the top electronic company, but to my astonishment, it has proved exactly opposite to one of its very loyal customer, as we have been buying washing machines, refrigerators and other electrical equipments. But due to such embarrassing harassment by the service centre employees and customer service USELESS complaints, I am forced to take this matter to the RTI and senior management of Godrej, hoping that those would not be as ruthless as their employees have been.

If the company has some moral responsibility towards it customers, loyal customer, the management would do consider my request on a serious note rather than ignoring it as other irresponsible employees have been. I wonder and can imagine the fate of companies due to such acts, would rather prefer to shift to other companies.

I need a written answer to my pain and embarrassment, repeated times over the last month, from the senior management of the company along with my fully repaired machine, else I would be forced to move the consumer court in this regards.
