We took A.M.C from the company dated 4/10 for washing machine and lodged a complaint against it's ill working dated 29/10/09. We called several times at the consumer helpline as well as their service provider of the area named as "PROMPT SERVICE CENTER", but no response has been shown from their side till date. they also took money in advance for the defected part but never came back to replace/ fix it. Whenever we call them, they make false commitment that- "part not available in their stock", besides the employee who visited at home told us that it will be done in a day or two.
