This is to bring into your notice that i've lodged a complaint regarding some problem in my washing machine on saturday, but m really sorry to say that till date nobody has turned up. Since then i m regularly calling up ur customer care but of no use. Even today i had a word with one of ur executive, & m very surprised to know that they have updated sombody's visit to my place without even visiting!!! Pathetic Service... i must say.
