I purchased Godrej washing machine (GDF 1204 Force 4, fully automatic) on 7th June and paid in full the AMC amount (for 2 2 years) on 6th June.
I booked complain (No. 163692) around 1st June for which the technician came on 6th June. The machine started malfunctioning in the same way from the very next day.
Subsequently, I booked complain 173282 for which nobody came.
Then I booked complain 177458, made at least 10 calls to toll-free number and nobody has even cared to come till date. Each time, they assured that within 24 hours, the complain will be attended.
Finally, a person came on 7th July but did not fix the problem. The call centre on further telephone informed that repeat visit is necessary. Till this night, nobody came.
We sent 3 emails for Mr Ravi Bhat, the Service Head as per company website. Nothing has happened.
Now, I am finding that similar thing has happened to others.
Can anybody help me for moving to consumer court and get back my hard earned money which no doubt is feeding these parasites "providing services to the customers".
