I have bought a flat from Goel Ganga Constructions, Pune and it is of the worst possible quality.
The ceiling leaks, the tiles leveling and quality is pathethic and so on. The sample flat and actual flat are totallty different.
Even after 1 year, they are not doing the maintainance of the same, after repeated complaints also
Do not ever buy any flat from them.
