Dear Sir/ madam,

this is to inform u that i m being to your loyal customer from so many year, but still because of ur courier delay u fine me 472.36.u have send me immediate paymement notice which i paid on same day of received of bills but still u have charge me then again u send me a bill of 464.97 along with previous fine which i have not purchase anything . this is creating problem for me to use further this card.kindly send me the detail of all my account from dec to feb and i want delivery details also.and if possible revert this amount to make further transaction with your bank. kindly send me detail through mail on above email id.
