Not received new pan card

Dear sir/Madam,

my wife has applied for new pan card vide acknowledgement No. 070980300210326 dated 10.06.2008 through NSDL. i have chacked the status of pan on site but every time shows the message that application is in the process at NSDL centre. kindly look into the matter.
