Non-delivery of uncirculated coin

Coins not received (PROOF-XIX COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010 DELHI)

I had ordered and paid for a set of PROOF-XIX COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010 DELHI coin sets on 30th April and the order number is ORD34860 . However, I have still not received them (December).

I am not getting response on phone. I am not able to login to my online account on Kolkata mint site (I was able to do that few weeks back). I am not receiving any response whatsoever from them. Please suggest what I should do.
