Non-Receipt of Refund from IT Department for Assessment year 08

My PAN Card No. ACDPR7023H

Submitted my IT Asst Form for Asst Year 08 to Ward No.42 (3), IT Office, New Delhi.

Refund amount claimed is Rs.5100/-

Receipt of IT Return for asst year 08 acknowledged vide Receipt dated 17 SEp 2007.

However, I yet to receive the refund amount of Rs.5100/- nor i got any information from IT department about Refund.

Please advise further course of action.
