I SIDDHARTH DILIP GUNDECHA HAD A COMPLAINT AGAINST CUSTOMER SERVICE & DHULE BRANCH OFFICER ABOUT "GPRS199" SERVICE
I HAD SMS TO 53733 TO SUBSCRIBE FOR "GPRS199" SERVICE ON 1/2 TIME IS 11:57 THAN I HAD ASK FOR GPRS SETTING ON 9422706601 TILL TODAY I HAD NOT RECEIVED GPRS SETTING ON MY MOBILE NUMBER, ON MOBILE THERE IS RETURN "GPRS NOT SUBSCRIBED". I HAD REGULARLY COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN ALSO NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, THEY ARE TELLING WE WILL CONTACT TO YOU 24 HOURS TILL TODAY THEY HAD NOT CONTACT TO MY NUMBER.
SO I HAD PAID BILL OF GPRS FOR MONTH OF FEB., MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE.I WANT THIS MONEY REFUND.I HAD GONE TO DHULE BRANCH OFFICE TO LESS THIS MONEY, THE OFFICER NAMER GAGAN AGRAWAL I HAD REQUESTED HIM TO LESS THIS MONEY HE SAID THE MONEY WILL BE NOT LESS WE HAD GIVEN YOU SERVICE YOU HAVE TO PAY THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM YOU HAVE CHINA MOBILE.
I AM ASKING TO BSNL OFFICE YOU SHOULD TELL ME THAT CHINA PHONE DO NOT CONNECT "GPRS199" SETTING, THAN I WILL NOT HAD SUBSCRIBED.
SO PLEASE I AM REQUESTING TO REFUND THIS MONEY, WHICH I HAD NOT USE SINGLE DAY.
