Rediculous coustmer service

Hi,

I Mr Lazarus Dsouza residing at kalina is very much Disappointed with the Air tel Coustmer service (121, 123). as well the Airtel Gallery. I would like to mention the branch which is at Khar (w). I would request the seniors to teach them what is the meaning of Coustmer service. And if then cant understand, they are not fit to be there.

On tuesday I visited the airtel gallery for the GPRS activation. I was told to wait for sometime and after 20 min. I got my mobile congifured with the settings Gr8. Now I wanted even my laptop to be configured with the settings. As i was advised to get the laptop and then would help me.

It was 7.57 when i reached the Airtel Gallery and was parking my bike. An Employee seen me rushing towards the gallery, immediately was told the guard to put down the shutter. Any how i entered the gallery and the First word i got to hear from the employees was. Sir its 8.00 clock and the office timings are over. when i said that i am outside walking towards ur gallery and u tell the guard to put the shutter down do urll think we are fools. Then there was a voice from the another employee saying ok whats the matter i said i need to activate GPRS on my laptop. There was a prompt answer saying that the person has left 4 the day. I would ask the seniors are ur employees that punctual that ther enter sharp at 10.00 and move out at 8.00. Ok Thats not my concern but as a coustmer representative for airtel that must have some manners or please teach them how they have to handle the situation."Excuses are the best way to get rid from anything" which ur employees are doing it.
